Standard delivery is 2-3 business days Australia-wide via express courier. For Melbourne metro areas, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10am. All packages are tracked and insured, with signature required on delivery.

All products come with a lifetime structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device breaks or fails under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. This includes free shipping both ways for warranty claims anywhere in Australia.
